Pulwama, Feb 28: With the killing of Sanjay Sharma, a Kashmiri pandit in Achan Pulwama, students lost their beloved teacher.
The slain before joining as bank guard in the locality worked as a teacher for over a decade in a private school at Litter, some three kilometres from Achan.
“Sharma Ji was the most loved teacher in our school and he was known for his play way methods of teaching,” said Faizan Ahmad, one of his students. Another student Shahid said that Sharma was teaching him maths Class Ist to 8th.
The art of teaching and qualities of Sharma Ji were unique. He used to talk with students and teachers with love and had no anger on his face,” said Aaqib Ahmad, another student working outside J&K.
Manzoor Ahmad, his former colleagues in the school said that Sharma was one of the polite and simple people he ever met.
He has taught hundreds of students in litter and many among them are working at good positions.
Sharma was killed by militants in his locality on Sunday drawing strong condemnations.
