Srinagar, Mar 17: National Conference (NC) Member of Parliament, Hasnain Masoodi on Friday proposed an amendment in the advocate act in Lok Sabha.
According to a statement, Masoodi proposed an amendment in the advocate sct by proposing a minimum of Rs 5000 per month as stipend to newly enrolled lawyers. “The new entrants need some sort of financial assistance till they find their feet in the profession,” he said.
