Srinagar, Apr 12: Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Wednesday said that Apni Party is dedicated to serving the people and striving for permanent peace and enduring prosperity in Jammu and Kashmir.
According to a press note issued here, Mr. Bukhari was addressing a gathering of new entrants, including former Congress leader and Chairman BDC Pulwama Umar Jan and his supporters, who joined Apni Party today at an event organised at the party headquarters in Srinagar.
While welcoming the new entrants into his party, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari said, “I extend a warm welcome to each and every one of you into Apni Party. Since our focus is to serve the people and strive towards peace and prosperity for this land, I assure you that this platform will provide the perfect opportunity for you to serve the people in your respective areas.”
He further said, “The increasing number of political leaders and workers joining our party is a testament to their belief in our agenda and policies. We consider experienced political workers and activists to be our valuable assets, as they possess the skills and knowledge necessary to implement our people-friendly agenda effectively. Their dedication and expertise will undoubtedly aid us in achieving our goals and serving the people better.”
Besides Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, the prominent party leaders who were present on the occasion included Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir, Vice President Zaffar Iqbal Manhas, Vice President Usman Majid, General Secretary Rafi Ahmad Mir, Provincial President Mohammad Ashraf Mir, District President Kupwara Raja Manzoor, State Secretary and District President Badgam Muntazir Mohiudin, Media Advisor Farooq Andrabi, District President Srinagar Noor Mohammad Sheikh, District President Pulwama Ghulam Mohammad Mir, Senior Leaders and former legislator Yawar Dilawar Mir, Senior Leader Imtiyaz Parray, Senior Leader and Chairman DDC Srinagar Malik Aftab, Vice Chairman DDC Srinagar Bilal Ahmad, State Convenor Haji Parvez, Provincial President, Kashmir, for the party’s ST Wing Rafiq Balot, ST Wing General Secretary Khalid Badhana, Vice President of District Srinagar Aijaz Ahmad Rather, District President Srinagar for party’s Youth Wing Mohsin Zaffar Shah, in charge of Srinagar’s Habba Kadal constituency Jeelani Kumar, Party’ In charge of Pulwama constituency Dr Samiullah, Youth Leader Anees Ul Islam, and others.
