Medical teams perform 14 LSCS procedures in 2 days at CHC Hajin

Hajin, May 1: The doctors at Community health centre Hajin in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district have performed 14 cesarean sections, or lower segment cesarean sections (LSCS), bringing new life into the world and ensuring the well-being of both mothers and babies for the last two days.
Led by the Consultant Gynecologist, Dr. Shani Aalam, the team comprised of Anaesthetist Dr. Sajad Munshi, Faisal (OT Technician), Hilal Ahmad (OT Technician), Arshid (OT Technician), and Mohammad Ramzan (Male Nurse). Together, they worked tirelessly day and night to provide the highest level of care to their patients.
An official said that the complexity and significance of performing 14 LSCS procedures in such a short timeframe cannot be overstated. The medical staff demonstrated their incredible skills, unwavering commitment, and ability to work under immense pressure, he said.
“Throughout the entire process, the medical staff showcased utmost professionalism, compassion, and expertise. From thorough preparation for each surgery to ensuring the safety and comfort of the mothers, and finally, delivering the babies with precision and care, they consistently upheld the highest standards of medical excellence,” the official said.
The hospital and its incredible medical staff continue to be a beacon of hope, providing exceptional healthcare services and positively impacting the lives of countless patients, the official added.
The locals have extended heartfelt thanks to the medical team for their exceptional work in performing 14 LSCS procedures.
