Keep Kashmir connected

There is no doubt that the government schemes with regard to the health care facilities of the general people are leading to better health care at the hospitals across Jammu and Kashmir. The focus laid by the government has brought much relief to the poor as they are no longer being forced to visit the private hospitals to get the better treatment, where they were being charged hefty sums for just a simple checkup. The health schemes launched by the government has put an end to the sufferings of people as besides providing better health care facilities, the administration has been ensuring free treatment to the people. However, some of the patients continue to seek public support for the serious diseases like cancer, but a t a time when the government has been providing helping hand to the common people, there is a need to include such diseases in the free treatment scheme so that the people, who are not able to pay the hefty sum for the treatment will heave a sigh of relief. There are many instances when the people were seen sharing the posts with regard to the patients with such chronic diseases and seeking public support. Instead of going before the public, the government should come up with a facility to bring some relief to these patients so that they are not forced to bow before the people. The significant strides in the healthcare sector are already visible on the ground, but there is a need to accommodate the patients with the chronic diseases to put an end to the sufferings of people.
