Chief Secy for 100% segregation of waste at source by October

Srinagar, Aug 12: Former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir and National Conference president Farooq Abdullah on Saturday said both India and Pakistan should talk on Kashmir with a “clear heart”, saying there has been enough “show off”.
“As far as Kashmir is concerned, unless both the countries talk to each other honestly, till then, this all is drama,” Dr Abdullah said.
He said if the peace has returned here, why there is still terrorism and bullets which are claiming the lives of forces and people?
If anything has to happen, it has to happen through talks only as one can see what happened in Ukraine and due to which Europe is getting economically devastated, Dr Farooq said.
“Nothing can be achieved out of the fight. Both nations should keep in mind that the solution lies in talks,” the Member Parliament said, adding, “Talks have been held with China 18 times and at the foreign ministry level, so both India and Pakistan have to speak to each other with a clear heart.”
About opening border tourism, the former CM said, “Let them open the borders so that we can see the parts lying with them and then we will also accept that the peace has returned.” (KNO)
