MSME D&FO start Entrepreneurship Skill Development Prog in Srinagar

Srinagar, Oct 23: MSME Development & Facilitation Office Srinagar Under Ministry of MSME, GoI in collaboration with PPDC Centre Srinagar Monday stared six weeks Entrepreneurship Skill Development program on Computer Numerical Control (CNC) operations offering Students, faculty and entrepreneurs an opportunity to Learn advanced manufacturing techniques.
This initiative is designed to empower students and entrepreneurs with cutting-edge technology and skill development opportunities in the field of advanced manufacturing.
Saheel Alaqband, Asst. Director MSME said that the program is open to students and entrepreneurs, providing them with in-depth training in CNC technology.
This hands-on training equips participants with the skills required to operate CNC machines proficiently.
Participants, including students, will have the opportunity to work with latest CNC machines , he Added.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a certification from Ministry of MSME GoI.
This certification will enhance the employability and competitiveness of students.
Besides some sessions have been specifically designed to provide entrepreneurial insight to the aspiring entrepreneurs.
“Our CNC Program is a reflection of our commitment to nurturing talent and promoting economic growth in the region. We believe that by equipping students and young entrepreneurs with advanced skills and technology, we are fostering innovation and paving the way for a prosperous future.” Alaqband said
Syed Mir Altaf, Project Director PPDC Ext Centre Srinagar during the inaugural session said that such Courses are need of the hour.
The Extension centre started in MSME DFO premises Srinagar few years back is now a complete training centre providing various skill development courses and is equipped with latest technologies.
He further said that from last few years we have trained thousands of participants across all the districts of Kashmir division.
