Baramulla, Oct 28: A teacher at a government school in north Kashmir’s Baramulla has been suspended following allegations of harassment made by a female student.
According to an official order, a teacher (name withheld) stationed at Trikanjan-B Primary School in Boniyar zone has been suspended with immediate effect pending an inquiry.
The order states, “Pending inquiry into the matter of a teacher (name withheld) RReT GPS Trikanjan-B zone Boniyar, the said teacher will be deemed suspended with immediate effect. During this period, the teacher will be attached to the CEO office, Baramulla.”
