Why sharing expertise is hard to resist?

The winter season is about to arrive in the Valley, thus ringing bells of taking proper care to the people as it has been observed that the people usually fall ill due to the chilly weather conditions in Kashmir where the temperature goes down during the three-month-long period. However, the time has come when the people should start taking proper care of themselves to prevent the winter illness in the upcoming season. The experts have time and again stated that many factors had an impact on respiratory health during the winter months including the decrease in temperatures and atmospheric humidity. There is a dire need of having a robust immune system, particularly for individuals who are already immune-compromised and the need for immunity boosters. Patients with existing chest problems, systemic diseases, or major health conditions like cardiac, nephrological, and liver ailments are susceptible to chest infections. This is especially true for patients with lung diseases such as asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and asthma bronchitis, as winter can exacerbate their symptoms, the experts have mentioned. Besides respiratory issues, heart stroke also increases among the people during the winter period, but the experts have also raised alarm in this regard and asking people to take proper precautions. It is the time when all the precautions must be taken to ensure the winter illness as well as the heart stroke are prevented this winter. Besides, the people with existing chest disease and other issues should consult the health experts and get proper consultations to take necessary precautions and live a happy life this winter.
