Srinagar, Nov 1: Health and Medical Education Department appointed an inquiry officer to inquire the allegations levelled against a doctor posted at SDH Magam.
As per an order issued by Health and Medical Education Department, Dr Shafkat Khan additional Director Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission has been appointed as inquiry officer and has been directed to submit a report by 15 days.
He will conduct an in-depth enquiry into the allegations levelled against Dr Imran Masood posted at SDH Magam for violating professionals ethics, it added.
“The Inquiry Officer shall submit detailed enquiry report within a period of (15) days along with concrete recommendations and cogent grounds, if any, for substantiating the prima-facie case to be further investigated by Anti Corruption Bureau as advised by the General Administration Department,” it said.
