Keep Kashmir connected

There was a time when the people had to sell their homes, vehicles and other belongings to get some money for the treatment of their dear ones, but the Government of India’s initiative of ensuring free of cost treatment to the poor and the needy people have changed the life of many as those who couldn’t have managed the things easily, have been given a new life to live through the AB-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY). The AB-PMJAY provides free and cashless care to about 500 million poor and deprived people for secondary and tertiary hospitalization care. The people, especially those belonging to the downtrodden section of the society, have been praising the government’s move of ensuring free of cost treatment to the dear ones. It has been observed that the scheme and initiative of the government of India has provided a chance to many poor patients to live a happy life again. The AB-PMJAY has got all the praise by the people from across the country, who believe that the poor have been given a chance to get the deserving treatment in any healthcare facility recognized and registered by the government. Such measures are praiseworthy, but there is a need to add some more facilities like helping the people to get the treatment of dreadful diseases as well so that the people, who are battling with the life and have no source to tackle the situation, are provided an assistance to get themselves treated in a proper and deserving manner.
