Srinagar, Mar 5): A musical event illuminated the evening at the famous Polo View market here ahead of the arrival of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday, March 07.
The event, attended by locals, also saw the presence of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s State General Secretary Ashok Koul.
The event created an atmosphere of jubilation at the market square as it witnessed performances by local artists that captivated the audience, showcasing the cultural heritage of the region.
Speaking on the occasion, Ashok Koul said, “Our party members have organized the musical event today to welcome PM Modi. It is a reminder for people that our Prime Minister is coming on the 7th, and they should reach Srinagar’s Bakshi stadium in large numbers.”
Koul added, “BJP’s Kashmir unit is working tirelessly and changed the region from terrorism to tourism. Normal life has started in the valley. We are working with a positive mindset.”
