Keep Kashmir connected

A shocking episode has taken place in Kashmir Valley when the students of Class 12th appeared in the examination halls and found that the question papers of 11th standard were being distributed among them. After the issue surfaced, the concerned Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) ordered the postponement of the paper and stated that the new dates shall be announced soon. However, the episode could be funny for some people, but it shows how carelessness and negligence have taken place, especially with the issue that is directly connected with the career of the youngsters, who are the future of the nation. It is for the first time that such an issue has surfaced which has not only wasted the crucial time of students, but also wasted the hectic efforts of the officials who have prepared the question paper. One fails to understand how such an episode surfaced despite the concerned taking so much care and concern in this regard. However, such an event has unfortunately led to the wastage of time for the students, who have put their blood and sweat into preparing for the examinations. The time calls immediate action in this regard. The concerned higher ups should investigate the matter thoroughly to come up with the facts about the negligence that has taken place. Besides, the JKBOSE in order to ensure that such events are not repeated should form high-level committees in the future, who will look after such issues and ensure that such an episode is not repeated.
