Srinagar Mar 6: Police on Thursday said to have attached properties of five Pakistan based terrorists in Aloosa area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
Attached land measuring 18 kanal belongs to the five absconding terrorists including Farooq Ahmad Ganie, Mohd Abdullah Malik, Mohd Yonus Gujjar Turak, Sarfraz Gukjar Turk and Rashid Gujjar—all residents of Aloosa Bandipora, a police spokesman said in a statement.
He also said that the police is committed to curb terrorism in Kashmir and destroy its supporting networks. “More properties will be seized in future in other parts of the district which belong to the absconding terrorists.”
In this regard, police said that a case under FIR number 33/2022 under sections 121,IPC,2/3E&Mco act,18,20,39,UA(P)act of PS Bandipora was registered against those involved in the said case.
