Kupwara, Apr 19: A review meeting on land acquisition cases was held Saturday chaired by the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Handwara, Javed Naseem Masoodi (Collector Land Acquisition), here.
During the meeting, various issues related to pending land acquisition cases were discussed.
ADC expressed concern over the delays, and directed all concerned departments to expedite the resolution process.
It was emphasized that joint spot visits by the Revenue Department, R&B, and PMGSY divisions shall be conducted to ensure prompt disposal of long-pending cases.
The meeting was attended by Executive Engineers of R&B Division Handwara and PMGSY Division Handwara, Tehsildars of Handwara and Ramhall, and the AEE R&B Division Qalamabad.
