Rajouri, Nov 12: One person died while another sustained injuries after an Alto car met with an accident in the Tralla Gujjaran area of Rajouri on Wednesday.
Officials said the accident involved an Alto car bearing registration number JK11-0890. In the mishap, a man identified as Ab Majeed, son of Muhammad Shafi, aged 50, a resident of Kalal Kass Mohra Darra, was brought dead to GMC Rajouri.
His wife, Fatma Bi, aged 45, sustained injuries in the accident and has been admitted to GMC Rajouri for treatment.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated necessary proceedings. [KNT]
