Srinagar, Nov 14: Security forces have demolished the house of Delhi car blast accused, Dr Umar Mohammad, in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, officials said on Friday.
An official said that the house was demolished at around 2:30 am with an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in Koil village of Pulwama.
The action comes after Dr Umar emerged as the prime accused in the Delhi car blast that killed 9 people and injured 20 others near the Red Fort on Monday.
On Thursday, the DNA test of Umar Mohammad also confirmed that he drove the blast car near the Red Fort. His DNA sample matched 100 percent with his mother and brother, who were earlier detained by security forces. (KNO)
