Jammu, Feb 1: Dr Syed Sehrish Asgar has been appointed as Special Secretary in the Government of Punjab, entrusting her with key leadership responsibilities in critical departments. A 2013-batch IAS officer, Dr Asgar has been named Head of the Department of Water Supply & Sanitation and has also been given additional charge of the Power Department and the Department of New & Renewable Energy Sources.
