Srinagar, Mar 5: Senior BJP leader from Ganderbal and State Executive Member, Mohammed Amin Shah, Thursday held a meeting with the BJP J&K State General Secretary, Anwar Khan, at his office.
The meeting comes at a crucial juncture as the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) scales up its organisational activities across the Union Territory. The primary focus of the discussion centered on the Booth level and the comprehensive strengthening of the party’s grassroots infrastructure in the Ganderbal district.
Both leaders emphasized the need to empower local workers and ensure that the party’s vision reaches the last person in the district. Anwar Khan emphasized the importance of upcoming panchayat and municipal elections in Ganderbal. He said that these elections will play a crucial role in strengthening local governance and addressing the day-to-day problems of the people at the grassroots level.
Anwar Khan stressed that the “Booth President” is the most vital link in the party’s hierarchy and must be equipped with the resources to engage directly with voters.
Mohammed Amin Shah briefed the General Secretary on the current political landscape in Ganderbal, highlighting the growing public interest in the Prime Minister’s developmental schemes.
“The strength of the BJP lies in its disciplined cadre at the booth level. Our focus is to ensure that every household in Ganderbal understands the transformative work done by the Central Government,” said Shah in his press release to the media.
Mohammed Amin Shah reaffirmed his commitment to making Ganderbal a stronghold for the party. He noted that the enthusiasm among the youth and the rural population in Ganderbal is a testament to the changing political narrative in the Valley.
