Study activities resume at Mewar University

Chittorgarh, Mar 10: Academic activities have resumed at Mewar University, located in Gangrar, Chittorgarh, after being suspended for nearly twenty days due to protests by nursing students. The university had earlier declared a temporary break, which disrupted regular teaching activities.
On Monday, both academic and administrative work restarted at the university. In this regard, the Chairperson of Mewar University, Dr. Ashok Kumar Gadiya, issued a statement assuring that the future of nursing students will not be compromised. He stated that the process for obtaining the NOC is underway and it will soon be issued by the government.
Until the NOC is received, nursing students have been granted leave. He added that the university has resumed its regular functioning and classes have also started normally. He appealed to all students to attend their regular classes and continue their studies.
He also urged the nursing students to end their protest and return to their homes. Once the NOC is received, they will be informed and called back, after which regular classes will begin.
Dr. Gadiya reassured that the future of no student will be jeopardized. He also expressed gratitude to the administration and police authorities for their support during the protest period.
