Ganderbal, May 8: The body of Munner Ahmad was recovered from Nallah Sindh at Bela Wussan in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal on Friday, bringing an end to a 13-day search operation, officials said.
The recovery was made after extensive efforts by rescue teams and local volunteers following the youth’s disappearance.
For the last 13 days multiple times including SDRF, Police and local volunteers were putting efforts to trace the body.
A police official said the after formalities body will be handed over to the family for last rites. [KNT]
