Photojournalist Aabid Nabi awarded CDS Commendation Card

Srinagar, May 31: In a proud moment for the media fraternity of Jammu and Kashmir, senior photojournalist Aabid Nabi of Daily Excelsior was awarded the prestigious Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) Commendation Card in recognition of his outstanding contribution to journalism and media coverage in the Kashmir Valley.
The honour was conferred by Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan during a special ceremony held in New Delhi. The award recognizes Nabi’s dedication, professionalism, and significant role in documenting important events and developments across Kashmir through his lens.
Aabid Nabi has earned widespread respect for his extensive field coverage and commitment to responsible journalism.
