Srinagar, Jul 9: Several public delegations from Rafiabad (Baramulla), Khrew (Pulwama), and Khaistangan (Baramulla) called on BJP Jammu & Kashmir State General Secretary Mohd Anwar Khan at the party office, S1 Church Lane, Srinagar, to discuss various public issues and developmental concerns affecting their respective areas.
During the interaction, the delegations highlighted a range of local grievances, including issues related to basic infrastructure, civic amenities, public welfare, and developmental requirements. They urged the BJP leadership to take up these matters with the concerned authorities for timely redressal.
Listening patiently to the concerns raised, Mohd Anwar Khan assured the delegations that their genuine grievances would be taken up with the appropriate departments and that every possible effort would be made to ensure prompt resolution. He reaffirmed the BJP’s commitment to addressing public issues and working for the welfare and development of every region of Jammu and Kashmir.
BJP State Spokesperson Altaf Thakur was also present during the meeting and emphasized the party’s resolve to remain accessible to the people and act as a bridge between the public and the administration. The visiting delegations appreciated the BJP leadership for providing them an opportunity to present their concerns and expressed hope for early action on the issues discussed.
