Kulgam, Nov 30: Chairperson, District Development Council (DDC) Kulgam, Mohd Afzal Parray Tuesday chaired a meeting to review the arrangements for winter preparedness of the Mechanical Engineering department of the district, here.
The DDC Chairperson took stock of the departmental action plan and preparedness related to Snow Clearance for winter preparedness.
He directed the concerned officers to make this winter a vibrant season by making plans for various winter activities in a coordinated manner with all the departments.
Further, he asked the concerned officers to make necessary arrangements well in advance.
He asked the concerned officers to put all efforts to provide maximum relief to people during the harsh winter season.
Meeting was attended by AEE, JEs and other concerned functionaries.
