Kulgam, Jan 18: Militants triggered off a low-intensity improvised explosive device (IED) under a Bridge at Qaimoh area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Tuesday evening but it did not cause any damage, police said.
“Militants triggered off a low intensity IED at Ziyarat Qaimoh-Kader Road, an area falling between Yaripora and Qaimooh in Kulgam.” a senior police officer said.
“There was no casualty in the incident. Police, army and CRPF reach the blast spot and cordoned off the area,” he said.
