Srinagar, Aug 6: Authorities on Saturday ordered suspension of Medical officer Dr Bakhtiar Asif Draboo while Dr Afsana was transferred and posted as in-charge Medical Superintendent District Hospital Kulgam.
An order issued, Dr Afsana Bano, Medical Officer presently on deputation to Government Medical College Srinagar is posted at District Hospital Kulgam and would look after the post of Medical Superintendent, District Hospital, Kulgam.
“The above arrangement is made purely on temporary basis and subject to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending before the Court(s) of law and shall not confer any right upon the officer to claim preferential treatment at the time of regularization/promotions which shall be made strictly in accordance with the rules,” it said.
