Doctors: The heartbeat of our healthcare system

In the last several decades, the Waqf property, which purely belongs to the people, was kept hostage by some blue-eyed persons, who were given open hand to do business over the emotions and the sentiments of the commoners, who usually visit the shrines and other religious places for their belief. But, the reformative decisions made by the incumbent leadership of the Waqf Board is quite appreciable as the measures taken would certainly help in bringing respite to the people in every aspect, especially getting the benefits on the ground. However, some people for the last over a week are out to make hue and cry over the decision taken by the Waqf board and are putting every efforts to play a spoilsport in the reformative measures, which is unacceptable and can put brakes on the future plans of the incumbent leadership like coming up with cancer hospital as well as the other beneficial steps. Almost everyone, belonging to any sect of the religion, have appreciated the Waqf’s move, but some so-called civil society are trying to defend the encroachment of the shrines by a few people, who were occupying the spaces at different shrines to conduct their business by forcefully seeking donations from the people, visiting the shrines. The shrines belong to the people and some persons trying to prove it’s their property have to be shown the doors once for all as the reformative measures are set to bring respite to the people in many ways and also help generating the income of Waqf gradually. The people at the helm of affairs must understand the need of the reformative measures taken by the Waqf board and should support the leadership for the wellbeing of the people and to ensure progress on the ground.
