Kangan, Jun 3: The two-day annual Urs of Hazrat Mian Nizam-ud-din Kiyanvi (RA) that was scheduled to be observed on June 07 and 08 at Baba Nagri Wangath in Kangan, has been cancelled in view of the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
According to the management of Hazrat Baba Jee Larvi trust, there will be no congregation on Urs days i.e June 07 and 08 this year due to the situation arisen in view of the COVID-19 pandemic as the Urs sees participation of near one lakh devotees across the Jammu and Kashmir and outside.
“In view of the COVID-19 and for the safety of the people we have decided to cancel the annual Urs this year, adding that there will be no congregation on the Urs days,” Mian Bashir Ahmed, Sajjada Nasheen Darbar Baba Ji Larvi said.
