Budgam Murder: M A Shah appeals civil society to be alert, aware; praises JK Police

Ganderbal, Mar 18: BJP District President Ganderbal Mohammad Amin Shah Saturday said that the recent murder of a girl at Budgam and mutilation of her body has shaken the roots of Kashmir valley. This could the first case of such heinous crimes report in valley. The crime is a sign of failure of civil institutions who have failed to imparted the basic moral science among the citizens. It is not possible for a sane person to commit such an action and civilised person can never dare. This incident show us that Kashmir need to revise the education as well as social institutions.
He asked Civil Societies to be alert after the incident and said that people, families need to report such potential incidents before it actually happen. Educationalists, religious scholars, leaders, social workers and elders need to aware people. Mothers need to train their boys to respect women and educate them on the matters while elders should keep watch and stop such people if they find anything wrong. In case of serious matters people should not hesitate to approach police. Such criminals should be brought to justice and example must be set by courts so that no one will dare to commit such crimes.
Shah also praised J&K Police for solving the case in quickly.
