Extend support

Jammu and Kashmir Police have been doing well to ensure that no illegal activities take place across the Union Territory as it has been able to bust one more prostitution racket in the Valley, taking the toll of prostitution rings in J&K to four. It has been quite shocking to hear such news as the land of great saints is rapidly turning into a hub of illegal and immoral activities, which puts the responsibility of every single individual to work with the authorities in tandem to put an end to such activities. In Kashmir Valley alone, three such rackets have been busted in the past less than one month. Such an issue is a cause of concern for one and all. There is a need to understand the reason for such activities and especially the reason for the young girls to get indulged in such immoral activities. At this juncture, the Islamic jurists and the clerics have utmost responsibility to work hard in every nook and corner of Jammu & Kashmir to ensure that such issues are put to an immediate end. Besides, the heads of every respective Mohalla committees should keep close vigil in their localities to ensure that no such illegal and immoral activities take place in their areas. There is a need to provide every support to Jammu & Kashmir Police in this regard so that such illegal and immoral activities are put to an end and also the reasons behind are addressed with the active support of the administration and the society.
