Sopore, July 9: Two youth died while another one was injured in a road accident that took place in the Botingo area of Sopore town in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Thursday evening.
An official said that a biker lost control over his bike and collided with a vehicle, resulting in injuries to the trio, who were riding on bikes.
He said that they were rushed to a sub-district hospital Sopore, where one succumbed to his injuries and another two were referred to Srinagar hospital for specialized treatment.
He said that, however, another one also succumbed to the injuries at SMHS hospital while the condition of another is said to be critical.
Meanwhile, A police official confirmed the incident, and said that a case has been registered and investigation has been started in this regard. (KNO)
