SIU B’la produces chargesheet against 3 persons

Srinagar, Jan 30: The State Investigation Unit (SIU) Baramulla on Tuesday said to have produced a chargesheet against three accused persons.
According to a statement, the SIU Baramulla produced a chargesheet in a case under FIR number 103/2023 before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge (NIA Court) Baramulla.
The chargesheet of case FIR No. 103/2023 under section 7/25 IA Act 13, 18, 23 and 39 UAPA of Police Station Uri under investigation with SIU Baramulla has been produced before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge (NIA Court) Baramulla, it said.
The case has been produced against three accused persons namely Showkat Ali Awan son of Ab Kareem Awan, Ahmad Din Khatana son of Shakir Din Khatana and Mohd Sideeq Khatana son of Umer Din Khatana, all residents of Churunda Uri Baramulla. Next date of hearing of the case is fixed on 16/02/2024, the statement added.
