Justice Sanjay Dhar conducts inspection of District Court Complex Samba

Samba, Aug 17: Justice Sanjay Dhar, Judge High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh (also Administrative Judge for District Samba), today visited the District Court Complex Samba and took stock of the infrastructure, facilities and functioning of the different Courts of District Court Complex Samba.
During the visit, Justice Sanjay Dhar inspected all the Courts of District Court Complex Samba, besides inspecting ADR Centre samba.
Later, Justice Sanjay Dhar chaired a meeting with District Administration Samba, which was attended by Rajesh Sharma, Deputy Commissioner, Samba, Viney Kumar, Senior Superintendent of Police Samba, Pr. Vijay Dupar, XEN PWD R&B Samba and all the Judicial Officers of District Samba.
During the meeting all the pending infrastructural and security issues were projected by Adnan Sayeed, Pr. District and Sessions Judge Samba before Justice Sanjay Dhar which were discussed in depth in the meeting, upon which he directed the Deputy Commissioner Samba and SSP Samba to address these issues as early as possible.
Deputy Commissioner Samba assured that all the shortcomings and the pending infrastructural issues shall be taken up and addressed on priority basis and SSP Samba also assured to provide proper security both to District Court Complex Samba and all the Judicial Officers of District Court Complex Samba
Justice Sanjay Dhar also had an interaction with all the Judicial Officers, Bar Members and Staff of the District Court Complex Samba separately.
The inspection was aimed to ensure that District Court Complex Samba adheres to the highest standards of the Judicial Administration and provide quality services to the litigants and the public. Justice Sanjay Dhar also planted one sapling at District Court Complex Samba.
