Learners always prefer to learn new concepts with fun. We set unlimited goals for our future lives. Some of us want to become teachers, doctors, engineers, business tycoons, pilots, journalists, poets, and writers and want to adopt many more professionals in their lives. Becoming a professional is not enough to make up your mind or set your goals. When we start thinking that this profession suits and is best for me. We need great skills; we need education in that very particular profession. We need financial support, we need feasibility, and all that we can do to make our dreams true and help our society, help our country by generating revenue, employment, etc.
In our society, we have different classes categorized on their financial strength, wealth, education, skills, family background, and all that. But today in our country there are business tycoons whose family background was not so sound, and they have made their footprints in various professions, motivating millions of country youth that nothing is impossible if you are courageous, brave, and have the potential to earn and learn.
In our society, there are people who have started their life goals with no sources, and they manage to earn fame and charm and generate employment for hundreds to thousands of skilled youth. You are great when you start thinking good things for others, like how can I motivate the unskilled towards the skilled professions, how can I generate employment for the unemployed youth, and how can I forward my steps towards the eradication of evils in our society? Everyone in our country needs to think about how we can be part of eradicating the drug menace. Never think that we have no such case in our family or in our society. There is no such case in our family involved in any drug addiction. Always think those who are involved in drugs are our own brothers and sisters, and it is our responsibility to get them out of this evil and motivate them to start a happy and peaceful life.
Today in this article, I am going to explore how we can motivate the learners towards their life goals and how we can get them away from the veil in our surroundings we are facing today.
Today we have a number of tracks where there are people waiting for our entry. Now it is our duty, and it is mandatory to choose which one we have to choose. Parental care, counselling, guidance, and financial support are necessary for our young and dynamic youth.
Why are we grouping people on their intellectual potential?
First of all, categorizing students, employees, and workers on their intellectual potential is not genuine, as every individual has the potential to revolutionize the whole world with his or her ideas and thoughts. Some people are lucky that they have a suitable platform in their early days, and some may struggle, and some are not so lucky that they never reach near their goal, which suits them anyway. In such cases, we use every success and failure as a favor of hard work and luck.
Every one of us is intellectual and has great potential to bring about changes and have the ability to revolutionize the whole world. We need to cater to everyone from the very beginning.
Role of parents to build interest among their children
One thing is clear that when we stop sitting among the negative people, how can we expect that they will become positive and nation-builders? Parents need to give time and support what their children need for their life goals. Note what they are after and provide them with such an environment. Your child must have the ability to motivate and become role models for others. Never isolate them from those you think are bad ones.
Role of teachers to nourish their pupils at various levels. Teachers are nation builders, and teachers deserve immense respect, and teachers deserve their title. Teachers deserve a logo for their profession. Teachers play a great and effective role in building character, identifying the interests of students, and catering to what they literally deserve and what they are. Providing a change means laying a foundation for them.
