Srinagar, Dec 19: One of the renowned constitutional experts and Supreme Court lawyer Advocate Abdul Majid Dar has joined People’s Democratic Party.
He joined the party at PDP headquarters in Srinagar in presence of party president Mehbooba Mufti who welcomed him and hoped his inclusion in the party will make it more robust.
Mehbooba Mufti described his entry as a pivotal moment for the party’s growth and influence in the region.
“I am pleased to welcome Abdul Majid Dar to the PDP. His immense legal expertise and his deep understanding of constitutional issues will not only strengthen the party but also add to our collective efforts towards achieving justice and empowerment for the people of Jammu and Kashmir,” Mehbooba Mufti said.
