Srinagar, May 3: Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir Dr. Umar Farooq Saturday visited the residence of the late Maulana Mubarak Mubarki sahab, Khateeb of Bazaar Masjid, to offer condolences and prayers on his demise.
Mirwaiz expressed heartfelt sympathy with the bereaved family, particularly the sons of the deceased, Ayub Mubarki and Altaf Mubarki.
He also interacted with members of Bazm-e-Tawheed, the religious organisation associated with the late Maulana, and acknowledged his lifelong service to Islam and the Muslim community of Kashmir.
Mirwaiz prayed for Maulana Mubarki’s maghfirah and elevated place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and for strength and patience to the family in this hour of grief. (KNO)
