Srinagar, Sep 10: A paramilitary CRPF trooper and two civilian women were injured in a grenade blast in Chanapora area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Friday.
A senior police officer said that militants lobbed a grenade towards CRPF’s 29 battalion in Chanapora, resulting in injuries a CRPF trooper and two civilian women. The injured identified as Jitender Kumar, Naseema and Yasmeena, were shifted to hospital.
Meanwhile whole area was cordoned off to nab the attackers, the officer added. (GNS)
