Srinagar, Dec 2: The world-renowned Frankford International University (FIU) — a non-traditional distance-learning institution based in the United States — has awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Public Relations to Dr. Jugmeet Kaur Bali, a prominent trade union leader from Jammu & Kashmir and a strong advocate for women’s empowerment.
The honorary degree has been formally ratified by the University’s Governing Board and bears the official signature of the FIU President.
