MAC conducts evening conclave in Srinagar

Srinagar, Oct 1: Make a Change (MAC) organisation Friday conducted evening conclave on ‘Good Governance: Our Aspirations & Responsibility’ on the eve of Gandhi Jayanti at Char Chinar, Srinagar.
Participants from all over JK shared podium with socio-political bigwigs. The event was graced by expert panelists who threw light on the need for effective governance strategy and strengthening of democratic frame work in J&K.
MAC President opined, “In absence of realistic approach from traditional political groups, it is imperative for the youth to come forward and lead. The government must encourage participation of citizens in government initiatives. We are providing a platform to young leaders to take the future challenges in their stride. We aspire to see democracy flourishing in Kashmir without bias and hypocrisy”.
