Ganderbal, Oct 12: The body of a conductor who’s JCB has plunged into river Sindh near Hung Sonamarg on Srinagar-Leh highway Sindh nallah remained untraceable for the 09th consecutive day on Tuesday.
As already reported, a JCB vehicle skidded off-road and fell into Nallah sindh at Hung area of Sonamarg resulting in injuries to driver Shahid Ahmad Gasi while conductor Irfan Ahmad Bhat went missing.
However, Bhat’s body has remained untraceable since then, while operations are underway to find him.
An official said a police team, SDRF and local volunteers of Kangan continued their search today.
