Kulgam, Sep 19: The newly constructed Sumo Stand near Chambgund bridge at Kulgam has been dedicated to the public by the Deputy Commissioner, Shahzad Alam, Saturday in presence of Tehsildar Kulgam and CEO MC Kulgam along with officials and local transporters and public.
