Dr Tasaduq assumes charge as DSEK

Srinagar, Apr 20: Dr. Tasaduq Hussain Mir Tuesday assumed the charge as Director School Education Kashmir.

He on the occasion said that the good and quality education is the guarantee of a great and well mannered nation, education is the main edifice on which the super structure of the nation is built and therefore the quality education is needed in every Government and Private Institution to come up to the expectation of the common people.

Dr Tasaduq also chaired an introductory meeting with the officers and other officials of the Directorate of School Education Kashmir. He stressed upon the further strengthening and smooth functioning of the public delivery system.

The Director stressed upon the timely redressal of all the public grievances and also directed the subordinate staff to deal with the public with humbleness. No lapse in this regard shall be entertained.

He directed all the concerned to follow the Covid-19 protocols in letter and spirit.

Meanwhile, the former DSEK Muhammad Younis Malik briefed the Dr. Tasaduq about the achievements of the department.

Later, the Director while briefing the media also laid stress on further strengthening of the online education system and any issue in this regard will be resolved within a week.

He further said that adequate facilities in this regard shall be provided to the students of far flung areas of Kashmir valley like Gurez, Karnah, etc.

During the function, Joint Director Central Abid Hussain presented the welcome address and OSD DSEK Hilal Ahmad Gilkar presented the vote of thanks.
