Amid such good news that has come a day ago, there is a need for projecting the success stories of these youngsters so that the same turns out to be an inspiration for the youth who are doing their bit to achieve success in various walks of life. It is a proven fact that the youngsters of J&K are quite talented and if given the right platform at the right point of their career, they can do wonders, the same has been proven time and again and should be a driving factor for the Government as well other agencies to do more in the way of providing right platforms to the youngster of J&K. Be it Shah Faesal or others, Kashmir youngsters have proven their mettle. There is a need to amplify the success stories particularly of those who have left their mark in the civil services so that more and more youngsters go for the administration and do their bit to change the lives of the people in their society. The Government should take further measures for providing right coaching and guidance to the youngsters who want to pursue administration as their career with prime focus on the bright ones coming from the lower strata of the society and who have got limited sources to fund the costs of their preparations for the civil services. There is a need to do more, while a lot has already been done in this direction.
