Awantipora, Oct 15: Owing to the dilapidated condition of the road, the residents of Dangerpora and Padgampora area in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district are facing a lot of inconvenience.
Locals said that the road from Padgampora to Peer Mohalla Dangerpora is full of potholes due to which they are suffering a lot of problems especially during wet climate.
“This road is of vital importance as it connects the area with two primary schools, one middle school, Ziyarat Shareef, two panchayats and agriculture farm,” locals said, adding that the children and elderly people are suffering more due to the bumpy condition of the road.
“We have brought this issue in notice of authorities several times but to no avail,” they said.
“We request higher ups to look into the matter and take up the repair work this year so that locals won’t suffer any more,” locals said.
