Kulgam Jan 14: A Railway department employee from south Kashmir’s Kulgam district was killed last night at Takri area of Udhampur district after a motorcycle he was travelling on met with an accident.
Official sources said that a man identified as Nazeer Ahmed Rather, son of Abdul Majeed Rather of Sopat, Kulgam, was on his way to Jammu last night to meet his family when the accident took place near Takri Udhampur.
“He was an employee in railway department,” they said, adding that a case in this regard has been registered and started further investigation. (KNO)
