Srinagar, Jul 1: A tile factory in downtown Srinagar was partially damaged in a fire incident.
Reports said that fire broke out in a tile factory at New Colony Palapora area of Noor Bagh Srinagar.
Due to the efforts of locals and firefighters fire was extinguished in time. The tile factory that belongs to Abdul Rehman Mir of Palapora Srinagar suffered partial damage.
A police official said that prima facie it seems the short circuit was the cause of the fire.
Police have registered a case and set an investigation into motion. (KNT)
