Identify all fake portals

Claiming high and tall would seemingly continue as the authorities failed to deliver what they speak on the ground, putting a question mark over their seriousness in dealing with the issues, which people have been facing day-in and day-out. In one such similar issue, the people of Srinagar are being forced to face hardships due to the rising number of stray dogs present in almost every nook and corner, increasing the risk of biting incidents. Amid the huge presence of the dogs, the incumbent City Mayor had two months back claimed that a multi-agency consultative board will be formed to deal with the stray dog menace and initiate its final report within three months. However, there seems no work in this regard so far, thus continuing to push the local populace to the wall. The movement of the general public is getting restricted with each passing day in the City interiors where the presence of dogs is increasing more rapidly. One fails to understand why the decisions being taken are not being implemented at earliest, which lead to the sufferings of the people every time. There is a need to take immediate and necessary steps in this regard and start a massive sterilization process once again to deal with the rising dog population, which is adding to the misery of the people with each passing day. The concerned authorities should pace up the work regarding the multi-agency consultative board’s motive and ensure that the people heave a sigh of relief as soon as possible.
