Poonch, Oct 7: A minor girl was among four people injured in a bear attack in Mandi area of Poonch district, officials said here on Friday.
An official said that the incident took place in Chella Dhangri village of Mandi.
He said that these people were busy cutting grass when the animal appeared from bushes and attacked them. “Soon after the incident, the injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment,” he said.
The injured have been identified as Saira Kouser, Anjuman Bashir,, Shaheen Akhter and Abdul Majid—all residents of Chella Dhangri village. (KNO)
