Srinagar, Aug 5: BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh Saturday said that decision taken on August 05, 2019 was historic and it has freed J&K from the clutches of Article 370.
Chugh said that the decision taken by GoI on August 05, 2019 was historic. He said the abrogation of Article 370 brought a positive impact on the lives of people as well as situation in Jammu and Kashmir.
He said the decision of nullification of special status to J&K freed people of J&K from the clutches of Article 370 which had snatched freedom, liberty, prosperity and development of J&K.
“August 05 is a historic day for Jammu and Kashmir as it freed the people from the clutches of Article 370 which had snatched their freedom, right to live. This day has now brought freedom, prosperity and development in the lives of the people of J&K,” Chugh added. (KNS)
