Shopian, Sep 20: Deputy Commissioner, Shopian Mohammad Shahid Saleem Dar Friday inspected the Dachnoo- Heerpora village and took stock of the ongoing work at the Bridge Collapse site.
The DC accompanied by Executive Engineer R&B Shopian and other officers, monitored ongoing diversion work for alternate connectivity to the village. The DC was apprised that the diversion work for traffic restoration shall be completed by today.
A Bailey Bridge has to be completed within days, DC stressed upon R&B Shopian while reviewing the progress of the ongoing works aimed to provide immediate connectivity to the village residents.
